Nothing for us at Minehead

Minehead 3 Wrington Redhill 0

Wrington Redhill travelled to this evening game at Minehead without several key players because of injury or work commitments but still fielded a strong team and were disappointed to come away with nothing. This wasn’t helped when Elliot Edwards had to leave the field after 20 minutes with a pulled hamstring but at least that gave so game time to Leo Figg. Minehead top scorer Toby Waghorn added 3 goals to his season’s tally 1 after an error by Luke Weeks when his back pass was intercepted, 1 which was deflected off Connor Harding-James and the 3rd during the 2nd half when he skipped past a challenge from Josh Skuse to hammer past stand in keeper Chris Jones. Wrington Redhill had chances of their own but Parslow, Morris and Hutchings all failed to finish decent chances
