Wrington lifted themselves out of the bottom three  with a great win at Wells City.

In a game of two halfs the excellent James Williams kept Wrington in the game in the first half when Wells were the dominant force.

A much improved second half performance saw Liam Knight score the all important winner to earn an invaluable 3 points for the Redskins.

Manager Rich Lucas said. ‘We were much improved in the second half and have pulled Wells into the relegation battle. We need to keep this going. We do not want to relax thinking we have turned the corner. We are back at home next week and it’s important to get something from the game with Chilcompton.’

MOTM – James Williams – excellent all around keeping display. Sorry James I don’t have a picture of you but this is what you will look like when your 50. I know….. its not a pretty sight
