With manager Graham Cheeseman away on holiday and a couple of important squad members missing the day got somewhat worse when Rory Thomas pulled up in the warm ups with a torn calf muscle. Wrington Redhill held their own for the 1st half hour but Nailsea & Tickenham always looked to more likely to score. The 1st goal came in the 34th minute when Freeman met a cross from the right with a neat finish followed  by a 2nd on 41 minutes when Joe Berry scored with a diving header. Louis Rouvrais had to go off at half time with a damaged knee and was replaced by Simon (Gunner) Lee. 2 minutes in to the 2nd half Chris Gale volleyed the home team further ahead followed soon after by a goal from a free kick just like his goal in the cup-final when he played for Wrington. It could have been more but for a couple of smart save from goalkeeper Williams. To their immense credit nobody gave up on the visitors side, there were some determined performances from Bradley, White and Rowcliffe in midfield and when Callum Vickery had a good chance we’ll saved with 10 minutes the travelling support almost had something to cheer. Simon Lee who looked lively through the 2nd half also carved out a chance for himself but his tame effort was comfortably saved. Murray rounded up the scoring 9 minutes from time heading in from a corner.
